Here you’ll find a growing list of meditation tracks to enjoy.
Start by finding a place free from distractions. Select a track based on an aspect you wish to work on. Then press play and simply follow the instructions. Consider using a pair of headphones for optimum effect.
The tracks are hosted by a former Buddhist monk and last for between 10-15 minutes each. They fit perfectly into your lunch break as well as your morning and night-time routines.
We intend to add a new track each month so keep an eye out for updates.
