What is Group Therapy?
Group Therapy is a 90-minute group therapy session held twice a month. The session is hosted by Philip Andersson, a psychotherapist and the founder of Wherapy.
How does it work?
The sessions are conducted via a video conferencing software. A link to the session will be sent to your email a few hours before it is scheduled to take place.
When a therapy group has been established, they will continue to meet on a bi-weekly basis. New applicants may be invited to join the group if a participant decides to leave.
When are the sessions?
Group Therapy is brand new.
As of yet, there are no established dates for sessions. Once we have received enough applications, we will contact the applicants with a suggested time and date for our first session.
Will it cost me anything?
No. Group Therapy is free to Wherapy+ subscribers.
How do I apply?
You may apply by filling out the form below. A maximum of 8 participants are allowed in the therapy group. Applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis.
